Galva Rapid
GALVA RAPID is a quick-drying cold galvanizing paint ideal for carrying out quick maintenance work or small repairs to minor damage.
Properties of Fast Drying Galva
- Heat resistance: up to 110°C
- Dust-free dry: after 5 to 10 minutes
- Touch dry: after 15 minutes
- Recoatable after 4 hours (indicative values depending on temperature, coated thickness, humidity)
Composition of fast drying Galva
Binder: acrylate
Pigments: zinc with a high degree of purity.
Propellant gas: Dimethyl ether

Precautions for use
- Shake well before use.
- Remove paint and rust residues with a wire brush or a sander.
- Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease.
- When using outdoors, remove any moss or algae deposits.
- Cover surrounding areas.
- Spray from a distance of 25 cm from the surface.
- Apply several thin layers.
- Between the various layers, respect a time of drying of approximately 20mn
