Do You Really Know Technima?

Technima is often associated with its flagship brand, Soppec. And for good reason: thanks to the outstanding quality of its marking paints and its iconic TP Safety Cap, designed to ensure optimal performance and safe application, Soppec has been the European leader in aerosol marking paints for over 30 years.

So yes, Technima is Soppec. But it's much more than that.

A French Industrial Success Story

Since its founding in 1962 in the Charente region of France, the Group has grown considerably. While its headquarters remain at the historic Nersac site near Angoulême, Technima today employs 450 people who manufacture and market XX million products sold across 14 countries in Europe and North America—and far beyond aerosol marking paints.

Over the years, through international expansion and strategic acquisitions, the Group has broadened its portfolio to include paints, technical maintenance products and hobby & paint solutions, with brands such as Faren and Stanger.

This diversity reflects Technima's purpose:

It was essential for our visual identity to fully express this ambition. That's why we have reimagined it through a new brand signature, Beyond the Lines, and a new visual language built around coloured lines.

At the centre, the orange line represents our historic core business: professional aerosol marking. The flowing coloured lines symbolise the geographies, product categories and brands that now make up the Group. Together, they create a vibrant, dynamic and cohesive identity—one that reflects a Group that is constantly evolving.

With Beyond the Lines, Technima also expresses its belief that pushing boundaries creates opportunities. It reflects our ambition to build sustainable growth by leveraging our industrial heritage, our culture of innovation and the collective intelligence of our teams.

Our new identity also strengthens the connection between the Group's different brands. While each has its own heritage, expertise and distinctive positioning, they all share the same commitment: delivering high-quality solutions for professional and industrial customers across marking, technical maintenance and hobby & paint applications.

This new identity marks a significant milestone in Technima's journey.
